Processing times: For plant pots, please check the product descriptions whether the item is in stock or made to order. Made to order plant pots currently have a processing time of up to 5 weeks. Pots in stock will be shipped within 5 working days. 

Shipping times: All items are either sent with Royal Mail or Evri. For plant pots, this is normally second class. With smaller items, you can select your desired choice at check out for 1st or 2nd class.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Once your item is shipped you can expect to receive it within 5 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) Tracking numbers are provided once you have confirmation your item(s) have been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please bear in mind overseas shipping is considerably more expensive than domestic. We are are UK based brand. Once your item(s) is shipped you can expect to receive it within 10-14 days. You will have access to tracking as soon as your order has been shipped.

Commissions: We are currently not taking any custom plant pots

Clothing: Please note there are NO returns or exchanges on socks for hygiene reasons. Crop tops can be exchanged and returned, just make sure you email before!

Care instructions: All of our terracotta pots are hand painted with non toxic materials and are finished with a matte or gloss sealant to ensure longevity. However we do recommend these to be INDOOR USE ONLY. Please do not bottom water!
