Processing times: Please check product descriptions whether the item(s) are in stock or made to order. Made to order items currently have a processing time of 2/3 weeks. Items in stock will be shipped within 4 working days.

Shipping times: All items are sent with Evri. International items are sent via Royal Mail. Multiple US orders are sent with UPS.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Once your item is shipped you can expect to receive it within 5 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) Tracking numbers are provided once you have confirmation your item(s) have been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please bear in mind overseas shipping is considerably more expensive than domestic. We are are UK based brand. Once your item(s) is shipped you can expect to receive it within 10-14 days. You will have access to tracking as soon as your item(s) have been shipped.

Commissions: We offer a limited amount of custom pots per calendar month. To request a custom pot please head over to "ordering a commission" page to join the waiting list.

Packaging: All of our packaging we purchase is recyclable and / or biodegradable. The packing peanuts are made from corn starch and can dissolved in water (just run them under the tap) or pop in your compost bin. If bubble wrap has been used in your order, please re use if you can! All pots are packaged safely.

Care instructions: All of our terracotta pots are hand painted with non toxic materials and are finished with a matte or gloss sealant to ensure longevity. However we do recommend these to be INDOOR USE ONLY. Please do not bottom water!
